Wow, this book has alot of potential if everyone was like John and Brad at this book. These men do a great job, but Dave (the linesman) is going to bring this company down. I have gambled along time, but this guy absolutely is a weak link that has a good chance to KILL there business. Too bad Dave can't handle his business like the rest of there crew. I have heard from many of there players they are going to pull there business away because of him and I understand why and thinking about doing the same.

You must be Dave or the watchdog for the book? I am just making a valid point! And show a little class......no need to curse! I am just sharing my experiences, as well as many other Sportbet clients view on how Dave handles his business.

Umm......Interesting??? You used to work in the IT department at Sportbet (as a Supervisor).

Amazing how the previous posts (above) are all employess at the Sportbet trying to cover up the problem with Dave. Oh well, face it you have a real problem with him! Chris does a great job as a linesman, but not Dave.

What a manly thing to say! I'm not trying to fight the guy or kill the guy I am just giving bettors a heads up about him.....and maybe even the owners a heads up that there are serious complaints about his handling of the wager department. Also, I will go ahead and answer your next question. Yes, I will move sportsbooks in the next couple of days to avoid him. Ok, does that answer your next question? However, like the point I made in the first post....I really like John (the Supervisor) and many of the other empolyees....matter of fact....I would get along with everyone there if it weren't for this guy (Dave). John is a great guy and extremely good to work with. He understands the importance of taking care of good clients, as well as, I am sure the owners of Sporbet do to. Therefore, it is just a shame that one guy will ruin it for all the clients as well as his fellow employees. Also, to set the record straight....many of the employees will tell you there concerns about the man as well. Just making a valid point....love the book, but Hate the weak link (Dave)! Just venting my concerns to help others, as well as, maybe there owners! Therefore, if you want to bash or encourage a fight....grow up!

I know the Costa Ricans posting messages above are some of Dave's friends around the office and outside the office. That's all fine and dandy, but don't bash customers about giving others a heads up about a serious problem. The owners have made him very aware of the importance of good clients. Matter of fact....what he needs to understand is our money allows him a job. BUT, I know that he has made a smart ass comment that he does not care if people play at Sportbet or not...it's just a job that pays bills???? Hum, pay bills? You want be making any money if you run the clients and customers off to other books??? Just wanting to help Sportbet and some of there loyal and very good employees. By the way, i am an owner of a business as well. Therefore, if I were the owners (which I know they will not show there face because they are American) I would definitely address this problem.....ASK your employees!!!

Why would you post all this crap here in the bookie chit chat if you are trying to warn other players???? :ughhh:
Excuse my stupidity but, it seems like you are having a personal problem with this guy and are trying to trash him in the forums (that's very classy of you, of course).

By the way, no, I don't work for them and he is not my friend, but I do think you are a su*ker.

This guy is NOT a customer and is NOT in Las Vegas, apparently you got some personal issues with the guy(or want his job) and thought this would be the most dramatic way to run your mouth. If you got a beef with one of the most stand up guys in CR that I have ever met then why dont you shut the fuck up and go aheadmove the customers that you wish you had and never will.

I am not a customer? Really you want my account number? I have recordings of there own employees and Dave if you would like to hear? I would be real careful standing up for a guy just because he is your friend. He might be a good friend to you, but he is not good for Sportbet! Bottomline! Furthermore, I absolutley don't want his job....I own a very successfull company and have no desire to stand on a stage and monitor BetCris's line and copy there work! Also, I don't live in Vegas? Would you like to come over for dinner or meet for dinner and discuss this issue?

Sportbet

I am a customer at Sportbet and love the customer service side of the book....John Taylor, Brad, Manny, and Andrew do an outstanding job. However, aside from those men and a bunch of wondeful employess there is one huge, escalating problem I have been (recently) dealing with. I don't want to bash, but I feel it necessary to address and put the word out on the forums. Dave, the linesman is killing there business and I hear alot of customers are ready to pull there money out if he is not removed from linesman or placed in a different role with the book. just a heads up when choosing a book. And, Yes, to all that will ask the question...if I don't like it then pull out and find another book? exactly what i agoing to do if they don't fix the problem. I wish they could clone the men in the first sentence....and Sportbet would be straight, but until Dave is removed many troubles lye ahead for Sportbet!

What is exactly is Dave the linesman doing to kill business? From the way your statement is worded it sounds like a personal vendetta or something....
